i appreciate the investment in the idea that any advice, rule or word of caution is steeped in "it is complicated".
technology isn't good or bad for our health in a vacuum. how we use it however has consequences and the sum of those consequences can be difficult to understand on a personal level without reflection.
setting boundaries has been a valuable lever for how i use technology. i haven't tried out a digital sabbath, but that feels like it would be appealing if done with some intentionality and allowances.
