We Are Suing the President
notes
whether you believe in investing in local manufacturing to reduce foreign manufacturing dependence (which has a complex list of advantages and disadvantages), how you go about it matters.
this blog makes it clear that (a) unchecked power and (b) a lack of planning / investment / roadmapping are one way to NOT go about it.
this approach likely has put a price tag of hurt that could very well outstrip any advantages we as a society would get in the future.
i appreciate those who are pushing back in a world where we have seen a lot of bending the knee and giving up the fight before it ever began.
