is this a horror movie? no

did i watch almost the entire season with my eyes closed just feeling super
stressed awaiting what bad thing is gonna happen next to people who just want to
make sandwiches? yes

and i'ld do it again. but i also stopped after season 1, my heart can only take
so much.

Carmy, a young fine-dining chef, comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop. As he fights to transform the shop and himself, he works alongside a rough-around-the-edges crew that ultimately reveal themselves as his chosen family.
