the world creation of myst, the authoriatarians of hunger games wrapped up in a
graphic novel enchilada for kids. i guess i'll be reading one a year till the
story concludes. based on the geography of the map, i assume that means 4 or 5?
book 2 (mapmakers and the enchanged mountain)
not the first time i've read about a plant that grows only in the moonlight, but
it's a wonderful concept that works really well in the world of the mountain
folk. a fun sequel to a good series. only a few more years till we are done!

book 3 (mapmakers and the flickering fortress)
the ended the story after three books instead of four or five. with that said,
it probably was for the best. the story ran its course and said what it wanted
to say. a fun adventure to share and slowly build a bridge to the more advanced
map making of myst!
